Khóa tập huấn chuyên môn nghiệp vụ: "Sử dụng phần mềm QGIS trong xử lý dữ liệu theo dõi diễn biến rừng, biên tập bản đồ chi trả dịch vụ môi trường rừng"
Khóa tập huấn chuyên môn nghiệp vụ: "Sử dụng phần mềm QGIS trong xử lý dữ liệu theo dõi diễn biến rừng, biên tập bản đồ chi trả dịch vụ môi trường rừng" được tổ chức với thời gian, địa điểm, thành phần cụ thể như sau:
- Thời gian: 01 - 05/10/2018
- Địa điểm: Khách sạn Trâm Oanh - TP. Tam Kỳ - Tỉnh Quảng Nam
- Thành phần: Cán bộ kỹ thuật của Quỹ Bảo vệ và Phát triển rừng tỉnh Quảng Nam, cán bộ kỹ thuật Chi cục Kiểm lâm tỉnh Quảng Nam, cán bộ kỹ thuật các đơn vị chủ rừng là tổ chức có diện tích cung ứng dịch vụ môi trường rừng trên địa bàn tỉnh Quảng Nam.
Giảng viên giảng dạy tạikhóa tập huấn là ông Nguyễn Văn Thị - Trưởng Bộ môn Ứng dụng viễn thám trong lâm nghiệp - Viện Sinh thái rừng và Môi trường.
Trong Khóa tập huấn, giảng viên đã hướng dẫn 4 nội dung chính:
- Khai thác và sử dụng phần mềmQGIS trong theo dõi, cập nhật diễn biến rừng;
- Khai thác và sử dụng dữ liệu cập nhật diễn biến rừng trong xây dựng bản đồ chi trả DVMTR;
- Hướng dẫn khai thác và sử dụng ảnh vệ tinh trong rà soát hiện trạng rừng;
- Giới thiệu và hướng dẫn sử dụng phần mềm xây dựng bản đồ chi trả DVMTR (V5PFES);
Kết quả của Khóa tập huấn, từng cán bộ tham gia đã có khả năng thực hiện 4 nội dungnêu trên. Đây chính là cơ sở tiền đề để các cán bộ có thể áp dụng vào các công việcxử lý dữ liệu theo dõi diễn biến rừng, biên tập bản đồ chi trả dịch vụ môi trường rừng.
